All the existing owners of Alpine Pyramid. Please can you guide me on understanding the Alpine builder & their issues. I am planning to buy a 2 BHK at Alpine Pyramid at SahakarNagar for 60 L in June 2013.
1. Builder has promised for October 2013 possession…. ? I am not sure on this.
2. Do the land is having any legal issues or any litigation. I see that Alpine Eco has lot of such issues. Alpine Pyramid in Saharkarnagar is BDA approved.
3. Quality of Construction. I mean Now I see lot of ameneties are there on Alpine Pyramid however I don’t want Builder coming back & planning few more towers on this ameneties.

Hi I recently bought an apartment in alpine Pyramid some of my friends suggested me to do so as I was looking for a good investment near Hebbal, for me the striking feature for the project was their spacious 2 bhk design and vastu of the apartment was convincing and location was also my main.
