I am planning to book a flat at sai sunshine; and looking for review specially on land, builder reputaion, loan from SBI and any other details required to be know before booking a flat. Thanks in advenace

This builder rejects if anyone goes to SBI for home loans – this indicates something fishy.
They have completed 70% of the project – Location of this project is upcoming and developing area which is wise to invest. Verify yourself on what you get as Carpet area & how the 4th floor construction affects you – yes, the pent houses are not part of the approved plan.
Buyer to decide which bank they need to go to…not the seller – If the builder has all the documents and constructing per the plan then why there is strict no..no for SBI? teach the basics to builder too…
I purchased FLAT and got a LOAN from SBI but I paid 60% amount before builder denies because SBI Loan approval takes lot of times.
It is approved by SBI 100% Document are Valid . Builder denies due to LOAN sanction will take lot of time.
dude , it is simple if builder is refusing for SBI they have not pursued approval from SBI, if you dont know the basics dont even dare to comment..
