We are considering 2BH flat at Dwellington. has the cauveri water reached upto that area? What are the future prospectus of this project and expected appriciation by the completion of project? What monthly rental one can expect for a 2BHK flat?

Hi Geeta,

I have already booked a 3BHK in the project, as far as the water is concerned The Cauveri is not yet there and once it reaches that area it has to be provide to the Apt as its a BDA approved project. The project is just 1 Km away from TCS in EC PH 2 and less than half km from Fruit Market. When i booked the apt it was 2800/Sq ft but today it 3100/Sq ft.
