Harsha, could you please comment on Rohan Avriti project? Why have they not increased the price (4200) after 6 months of launch…is offtake of apts slow? any issues with papers/approval. How is Rohan as a builder in quality..better than Prestige/Shobha/Brigade.
This is my first buy and hence can’t afford any hassles.

This has been a trend with most of Rohan Projects including Jharoka. They launch at a price which is not a bargain deal, unlike Prestige / Mantri etc which offer pre-launch rate for few flats that is 300 to 400 less than the launch price. Project is expected to get over by Aug-14 + 6 months and I expect price to be in range of 5200-5500 that time.
I stay in one of Rohan property and very much satisfied with the quality of construction. Construction @ avriti has already begun and you can go and check the quality yourself.
Good project in terms of location and pricing. Projects near hope farm that are 4 to 5 km away from this project are also quoting in the same range.
