Feedback about Felicity homes Whitefield?

Any feedback on felicity homes in whitefield? Cannot find any other projects by the developer nor can I find a website of them.

i had visited this project coupe of weeks ago and they said they are going to provide niether CC nor OC. so OC had dropped even taking the brochure.
