I am planning to book a flat in BM Splendor Park (Borewell Road, Whitefield, Bangalore). Any feedback on this? Any one booked a flat there? It seems the builder has approval only for G+3 but constructing G+4 and penthouse. Would this affect in future? I have seens many other builders in Bangalore dpoing this and have any issues. But how safe is it?
