I booked a one BHK flat in Commune for investment purpose.

While my budget was low, unlike many other properties, Commune  is located bang on the main road on the 100 ft Chandapura-Anekal road. Even though it is a low cost apartment, the amenities provided are excellent and I felt that it’s value for money. I felt that the area overall has good potential to develop (irrespective of whether Metro comes or not). I also liked the construction technology (I have seen this technology used in VBHC) and I found it to be good.

In  my opinion, Golden Gates properties are decent builders and I found couple of their properties as good though personally I have not dealt with them.

I have booked appartment in the Commune1. The price is low because they have not got approvals yet. I spoke to the guy, They are going to get it by next week. Then they are planning to increase the price by 100. Being a golden gates subsidiary , I trusted them.  However the 2BHK appartments are booked until 6th floor, you may need to pay some floor rise premium if you want to book above it. The area is well in the future plan of growth, with Ring Roads coming and few large malls and apartments are planned in that road. This looks a lucrative offer. However if someone thinks otherwise can post.

My advice is not to go ahead reasons below

1) no bwssb backing for water it will take 5-10 years to get bwssb water

2) water scarcity

3) big brother attitude builder as if he is doing us a favor.

4) High risk sale agreement

5) Read the sale agreement before booking then you will withdraw your idea to go ahead.

6) Expensive better would be VBHC.

7) This project will end up in raw material issue and delays as 1 year gone by no much progress has been made.

I booked 2bhk flat in commune on last February 2013, but the construction is very very slow.

Even we send several mail/calls , we are getting irresponsible answer’s to our question. In last two year builder able to complete only 1st floor i don’t know when they will give possession. As per the AOS builder has to give Rs 6/Sqft. I don’t thing they will give this penalty charged. I requested their CRM team to make group in google so that other people will write comments, but builder is not ready to do.

So i am requesting whoever bought flat in Commune1 please create group so we can ask questions.

I was looking for a good quality home for my family and I, and we most definitely found it at The Commune. These flats near Electronic City, Bangalore had everything we had in mind when we thought of a new place.

I am very let down by many of the flats near Electronic City, Bangalore. Either they have bad facilities or are badly constructed. Everyone tells me to try The Commune. I’ll be grateful if anyone can give me more info.

My family and I were just about to give up looking for flats near Electronic City, Bangalore. Then, we came across The Commune! It had everything we were looking for. Now, nothing could stop us from booking a 3 bedroom apartment here!
