I am planning to buy a flat in Bangalore. Could you please suggest me a good builder? Also I am an IT professional so a good project around the major IT parks would be preferred. I intent to buy a 2BHK and my budget is 50lakhs. I am new to the city and would really benefit from your suggestions.

A few of your options are :
1. Ukn Belvista – Whitefield
2. Mahaveer Maple – Whitefield
3. MJR Pearl – Whitefield.
4. DSR Sunrise Towers – Whitefield.
All of these are by good reputed builders and will have good appreciation in time to come (between 25 to 30% over the next 3 year) – pretty much at the time of their completion.
