CMRS group has been developing projects primarily in AECS layout under Joint Ventures. The demand in that area has been taken advantage of and the customers have been taken for a ride.

The average carpet area proportion of 72% itself would not be provided. The quality of construction or the floor planning is not equivalent to the price they quote.

It is better to have a look at their completed projects in AECS layout and the quality of construction of their ongoing projects before making a decision.

I have booked one apartment at Mulberry Mist.I have checked many apartments in the nearby locality, This one seems value for money, location and other facility wise.

One thing I like about CMRS is they are very open to customers.

I have visited 2 ongoing apartments of builder at AECS Layout, seems ok

But can anyone please give me more insight about the construction quality and how far builder keeps its promise.

.I had Booked a Flat in Mulberry Mist, The amenities provided by CMRS Group are luxurious. Even I am satisfied with their customer support, Eagerly waiting for the project to shape.

its good decission taken by you gomathi i booked a flat in mulberry mist.They assured me they are going to deliver on time with quality of construction as well with over loaded amenities,and now they come up some new concept called smart home and green home

I have visited Mulberry Mist Site,the project from CMRS Group, The layout is planned very well with good amenities,more open space.They are telling they will provide OC also…. I liked the jogging track width of  26ft.. So planning to go for this project…

Has anyone booked flat in mulberry mist.Please give us some insight on the project.The pace of project seems to be too slow and also have speculations about the quality of the project.

Any suggestions are welcome and based on that we are planning to make a decision  whether to go for this project or not
