ECC Road projects

Hi,
I wanted opinions about the projects coming up on ECC road. THe ones that I know about –
-Sumadhura Madhuram
-White Midas.
-Gopalan Atlantis
– Has anybody acquired about any of the projects’ approvals?
– Also, Does this area come under BBMP A khata? ( Patandur village, ECC,)
There are not many projects on this road because of ECC and schools occupying most of the area. Also, the road is not wide enough.

Hi am also seriously looking into Sumadhura Madhuram and White Midas project. Can anyone tell me more about these two projects. Pros and cons of both.
