I dont think so its worth to invest in that because of these reason

1. Project location is just 500m from mandur dumpyard

2. Size of bed room is not so satisfactory and also the concept of small box type open kitchen is unusual.

3. Floor plan of 500 SBA of 1BHK itself is not proper, that you will feel when you will enter into the model flat which is about to get completed at site in few days.

4. Forget about buying for purpose of living, its not worth for investment purpose.

5. CRM itself said about the ground water contamination is a serious threat and will have tanker supply of water for drinking and other purpose.

6. 80% out of 1500 unit will be 1 BHK is just meant to attract for those who are thinking for investment point of view. BUT think what will happen after possession ??? who will live there its an investors or actual buyers.

7. One side is dead lake and another side is dumpyard.

8. Only booking of first 120 unit has been started and going on, booking of further 1280 will take place based on the response they will get from market, otherwise they willl hold the concept of 1500 units in brookwoods.

9. Pay 2.5 lakh and take loan only from indiainfoline finance, who is back-end funding the whole project.

10. You can’t able to sell any unit before possession, but there is a option to sell it after 2 years but after paying some % of profit to indiainfoline.

11. Area will take atleast 10 years to get developed, although the site is 3 KM from Prestige Tranquility.

12. Its just a project with nice attaractive traps point which will get realized only after signing aggreement and getting possession.

13. Appreciation will be very less, hardly a 1BHK of 21Lakh{including car parking + reg + vat + st } will touch 28-30 lakh in five years time frame.

14. Hold and watch for thier 2BHK floor plan, it will not be more than 1100sqft in SBA and again the bed room sizes will be almost same 9*11feet, useless floor plan but great masterplan.
