I mean i got the Letter from Builder sayign that “Please send us a cheque of 0.1% of the sale value amounting some XXXX INR towards e-stamping charges (Stamp-duty) for executing your “Sales Agreements”

When you are registering the Agreement of Sale during booking you need to Pay 0.1% of Market Value as Stamp Duty, however the same will be adjusted from the amount to be paid as Stamp Duty during the registration of the Sale Deed at the time of possession.
