After looking at the landscaping of this project, want to know what will be approximate maintenance cost in this project ?

As i see there is no basic things available near the project,what is the source of connectivity from this project to city. ?

for such a huge project, they are providing 2 borewells. is it sufficient ? there is no cuavery water supply also?

I have manully calculated the carpet area for 1191 sqft, it is coming around 65%. Is it true? can someone throw light on how to calculate the carpet area and also buit up area.

People who has purchased flats/ have good idea about this area, can reply to my queries.
