i was been cheated by property consultant Square yard saying that if i book a property through them i would be getting s benifit of savings around 2 % and at last i endup getting nothing but to roam a lot behind those executives for collecting my benefits from them but nothig was been able to be done by me. they gve a letter stated by their VP but it was all treated junk after sale.
square yards had even comitted the same to me , but at last they tell stories like the payement frm builder is not yet recieved to us but it’s 1yr by now i haven’t got any refund of 2%
Nitesh Estates raided for suspected tax evasion
BENGALURU, FEB 22, 2015, DHNS: AA
The Commercial Tax Department (Enforcement Wing) officials raided the main office of Nitesh Estates Limited on MG Road on Friday and Saturday for suspected tax evasion in two apartment projects.
The Commercial Tax officials said that the Nitesh had sold 389 flats in two of its projects after collecting tax from the property buyers. However, the company had not remitted the tax to the department. The suspected tax evasion in these two projects had been estimated at Rs 10 crore, officials said.
A senior official said that Nitesh had taken up two projects, Nitesh Forest Hills and Nitesh Flushing Meadows. A total of 284 flats were sold at Nitesh Forest Hills and 179 flats at Nitesh Flushing Meadows.

Watch out for execution bcoz one of there projects in white field is delayed more than 2 years. And in the company books also there is not sufficent cash only if the booking happens then only they can execute project
