Hi, This project is under approval, could you please suggest if I can go ahead with booking,
they are giving three options:
1. Pre-Launch :1 Lac (2850 psf)
2. Early Bird :20 % (2650 psf)
3. Investor quota : 12.5 Lac (2450 psf)
MJ people are claiming that approval will take another 5 months for getting all clearance and project
will start by july 2013 and possession by July 2015.
Could you please suggest if I can go for option 2/3.

Hello , I am also interested in this project. inquired a few days back and visited the site.
Few pointers
1. Next to this project SJR is coming up.
2. Also opposite to SJR Adarsh developers are coming up with villa projects..
3. Few other developer like Prabhavati are coming up with some ambitious projects..
All these factors looks promising .. But still the approvals are not obtained .. so i am still bit suspicious for going ahead with this project..
Will appreciate if some one can add comments.. to gain clarity on project.

Planning to sell (selling as an investor) my 3 bhk 3 bath flat in MJ Infrastructure Amadeus, at an attractive price. It is Pool Facing, Garden/Landscape facing. Interested dial nine eight eight six three four one eight three nine. All their issues have been resolved and the court has dismissed the case if you are worried about it since it was a frivolous case.

Check for document irregularities in SY 70, check from the start to have better understanding and proceed further.

Clearer copy of RTC’s.
Endorsement that the lands do not come under the purview of PTCL Act.
