I own a villa in Artha Eden Park at Doddballapur; the actual promoter is Residenz Group. It has been almost 3 years and I have not got the hand over. They changed three architects and I do not know what is going on. The person with whom I interact with is Srinivas but most often he is not aware of the situation. I am a little worried and would like to hear from anyone who holds a villa there and their position.

aSometime it seems to me that it was not a good decision to trust Artha group. Please share your thoughts.
