Well from Developers side, we want to update the following.

1. Rate: Rs. 4290/sft for Indira paradise. Ready to move in BDA approved property. The owners will get BDA Khatha

2. launching Sri Samruddh BDA apparoved project diagonally opposite to Indira Paradise and the rate for few first bookings is Rs. 3990/sft.
