Mynha Heights – Gunjur
Hi,
Any reviews about Mynha Heights project near Gunjur? Its bang opposite to ND Laurel.
Could not find much info about the builder/previous projects. The sales guy says they have a name in Chennai. Any feedback?
The builder is quoting 2999 psft. Is it worth it?

Hi,
I am selling a 2.5 BHK coverted to 2 BHK in Myhna Heights immediately – 1314 sqft, 13 of 14 floors. The kitchen, living and master bedroom is now spacious after the modification and the flat is east facing.
Price Breakup
Cost per sqft – Rs. 3700 (very competitive but negotiable)
Registration charges to be paid directly on possession.

The project is progressing very fast and this Gunjur/Varthur state highway has picked up, momentum . Project is coming up with good quality construction.In just 18months, they have completed basement+Gnd+10th floors..

From what I hear from my friend, there are few investor 3BHK flats that have come for resale. Please check with Myhna Properties, near Marathahalli bridge, kalamandir stop.
