I am finalizing on booking a flat in Plama heights on the below rate. please advice me if this is over priced or worth It.

basic price 1092 sft @ 4400 per sft 48,04,800

car park 3,00,000

floor rise for 13th floor @25 per floor i.e. 250 * 1092 sft 2,73,000

Vat & service Tax 3,81,286

BESCOM & water 2,18,400

Piped gas,Legal,generator, 1 yr maintanance 4,08,000

Total 61,67,086 Plus registration.

Is this over price please advice, if somebody has taken on lower rates..

i cando grp booking if they offer discount like 3900-4000/sqft.

If u r getting this @4400 now , its a good deal. My friend bought it at 4600 and I have heard these guys r quoting at Rs 5100 now.
