Am planning to buy 2BHK apartment in a builder owned apartment constructed over 9000sq ft site in JP Nagar, has around 28 apartments. The 1000 odd sq ft 2BHK costs 50L, want to know will there be appreciation and what are advantages/disadvantages in buying such property. Thanks in advance
