Yes  , I have bought a 2400sqft plot and registered it . It is a 40acre development and is close to prestige golfshire. The sales person told me they are launching phase 3 at 2100 end of this year and they are almost sold out in phase 2. I have just visited the site last week to take my measurements of the plot. The work seems to be going at a fast pace and phase 1 is already ready .
