I am looking for a ready to move flat within 55 lacs in Bangalore North. Based on the criteria, I have shortlisted two projects. Arun Patios and Legacy Ariston. Please suggest  which property will be better  for us to live and also for investment. There is not much feedback on Arun Patios in web. Please let us know about arun patios and do Arun Patios has necessary approvals and free from paper issues.
