Sunny Side project by Hi Life Developers close to sarjapura

I have visited sunny side project by Hi Life Developers, and kind of liked the project. I inquired a little about the company from them. The Hi Life developers is owned by Sridhar Reddy who was some member in SVS developers. Now he has started his own company in name of Hi Life developers.

The project is BDA approved. They are offering at Rs 3600 per sq.ft inclusive of everything ( except registration ) and claiming it to be completed during dec 2014.

This builder is completely new so I am little bit doubtful about them. Has anyone booked from them. Need suggestions from experts.

I enquired few days back.They are chrging 3300 per sq feet.Is this a book option to buy?

I have already booked a flat there and till now everything is reasonably fine for me.

I bought at 3.5k per sq ft (inclusive of everything, excluding registration changes). But I booked some 6-7 months back. And as per I rem, now the builder is charging 3.8k per sq ft.
