Just wanted to know if one is going to book a flat in a project the builders usually ask for booking amount of 1-2 lacs. Do they give the land proprietorship papers before booking? We are in talks with a builder and they are saying will give the papers 1 week before the agreement and not on booking. Kindly suggest..!
