Planning to buy Sai Metro City near varthur village, Please give me opiniions

Hello,

I am planning to buy SAI METRO CITY residential plot project, which is near Kugur village, on 7.5 kms from varthur police station. Can anyone tell me, how is this area? and Can I expect a good appreciation rate if I want to sell it after 2 3 years.. My plan is to build a house there after 2 years if that area comes up good. But Now I cannot see that area growing, because noone is there currently and the road from varthur police station to that project is very raw and scary. So Can anybody help me suggesting that will that area come in other 2 3 years or atleast can I expect some good appreciation rate if i sell it after 2 year if that area doesnot come up enough to build a house there? Just wanted to know whether this project sai metro city is good for investment alone or we can plan to build our villas and reside there . As this is a huge project , 100 acres and ppl wish to reside to livable community with decent neighbourhood . If any suggestions plz inform .

I am an owner of one plot here. Mine is in Phase 2 near the entrance.

Since i have bought the plot for an investment purpose few years back, i want to sell it now. It is a Gated Community, Fully developed, Full Developed with Tar Roads, Water, sewage connection and Parks and also BMRDA approved.
