Has anyone booked a flat in Krishvi Dhavala? It is close to Gear International School. How is the experience? Are they good builders? I am impressed by the quality of the model flat they have shown me. If anyone knows about this builder, please share your experience?

They are charging too much.. palazza city is quoting 4200/- sq ft that too on sarjapur road .. wheras they are quoting 4750 3 km inside.
