Has anyone booked a flat in Palm Groves Project near Chandapura. I am interested in buying a flat there. Can anyone please tell how can I verify if the property is a disputed one or not? Please share any available information on this project.

I visited this project last weekend, and found it is worth buying if one work around Electronic city. The distance from HSR layout where the flats are very expensive to EC is even little farer than the distance from this apartment to EC.

The cost of flat is around Rs. 2300, and a 3 BHK cost around 25 Lakh including registration!

Overall cheap & best one. I checked their website, and found they have already completed 2 projects. This is the 3rd one.

I am yet to verify the title of the project and if any dispute. It is better to check the list of banks that has approved this project for loan.

I will be watching this closely.

I found this property worth  investing in. I liked the way the reps deal with their customers. They are ready  to provide any  document that you may want for verification. I have seen their projects. The first project of theirs  which  is AryanOrchid is not that great due to issues like home owners not registering the property and not giving the final settlement(I have my sis staying here and i know the real thing) . Its not good comparing Aryan Orchid with Palm groves as the builders have given the work to contractors now and has  promised to finish the work in the date specified on the sales agreement. I have boooked 2 flats now and will  be having my  lawyer verify all docs this weekend. Once i get it verified,  i will put my review here.  

Hoping these guys keep up their promises.

I have already booked a flat in Aryan Palm Groves by Aryan Hometec.The location and infrastructure is good.

Overall it is a good option.

Advice to all apartment seekers, mainly go the site location of Karsten homes and check for the details there and take the copies of the approval from the BMRDA etc and check whether the construction is going on and take a set of land papers and take the advice of an advocate and if all these are through then you can go ahead and book a flat at Karsten or which ever, talk to them about the delay in the completion before hand.  Do not just go with the comments made by people.  Cross check with the details given above once.
