I am looking at apartments in the range of 45 -60 lakhs within 1 KM of proposed metro near IIMB. Can you please suggest any suitable ones in the category of mid-premium or premium ( if premium ones can fit my budget).

Tier1 or Tier 2 builders are okay. Ongoing as well as completed ones are fine as well and I am looking at 3BHK or 2 BHK.
