Recently, Confident group got approval from HPA and have sold about 60% a year back, Now they have got approval to sell remaining 40% unreleased sites at Hoskote for Cygnus Township. And they claim that it is BMRDA Approved site. Also, they are issuing B-khata to the purchasers. Is it safe to buy such plots? Wanted to know if Confident Group is selling all their properties with B-khata to owners/purchasers? Is it safe to buy?
