Request for VRR Heritage Review

I am planning to buy a resale flat in VRR Heritage.

Is this project approved by BDA and Sate bank of India SBI? Can we get Katha A? What will be the maintenance per month? i heard maintenance for a 1200 sqft flat is very high upto 5000. Is this true? Is this builder reliable?

Please help with the answers.

Hi,

I’m also planning to buy a resale property in VRR Heritage. Could you let me know whether u bought? Whether you got the A Katha? Whether u took any bank loan and if yes, which bank?
