Builder’s Law passed by Parliament

Hi.
Since the real estate law has been passed, I got into a Sale Agreement on Aug 27th, Can you please confirm if the Agreement has to be done on Super Built up or Carpet Area. As the law says all Sales should happen on Carpet Area.

as far as in can tell, it is not a law yet
even 80:20 banned by RBI is yet to come in force.
