Century Indus

The location of Century Indus is good and the construction quality also seems to be good. As you rightly said,  phase 1 is delayed by more than a year. Phase 2 was in pre-launch stage almost a year back and still is in the same state. We have booked a flat in phase 2 and I am getting worried now by the delay 🙁

Phase-I is not delivered yet after many deadlines. I am not sure when they will start working on Phase-II. I have booked flat in phase-II.

i have booked the apt in phase 2, in MAY 2013. But i dont see any construction started yet. Its been almost 18 months, they started selling units. Now i am worried about the completion.They can not make it by June-2015.

Finally some good news for Century Indus… they have almost close to completion of phase 1 and will start the phase 2 in May and June and all the prices can go up after this election…
