Hello,
I am thinking of booking a flat in SLS Sapphire near Panathur village. I tried to get the feedback from the owners of exisiting SLS project flats. For them, the builder, construction quality was ok with some minor issues.Also this project is cleared by SBI legal team so I do not expect any issues there as well. However of late I am hearing that the builder is reluctant to add in the agreement that OC will be provided upon completion of the project.
Does anybody know about this builder especially regarding Occupancy Certificate ?
