Have you purchased the apartment from this builder?

I am statying near to this apartment. I am also planning to buy. I recently went to this apartment and checked. I also tried to find some info about the builder but i couldn’t find.  When I enquired they told 1 and 2 floor is already booked. It seems it is new builder and it is marked by big sky shelters.

Sai Krupa Builders is a new but good builder. I have seen there “Sai Krupa Gardens” venture in Mahadevapura. They have done a total of 4 to 5 ventures. All seems to be delivered on time and with good quality. I think as of now Sai Krupa Vista and Sai Krupa Sandesh are there only running projects.

If you are OK with the cost you can go ahead.

There were 3 builders in partnership. They all split after saikrupa gardens project.

reddappa reddy was a nice guy. other two are rude to the buyers after they book the flat.

please check which of these guys are there in each project before buying.

if you are buying from the other two, be careful.

Hi Pakkiri, I am pursuing “Sai Krupa Sandesh” opposite to MORE Megastore on Mahadevapura ORR. It is being dealt by PLN Swamy and Thyagaraja Reddy. Do you have any idea about that project?
