FYI,

I’ve booked a 2BHK flat there in Nov 2012, I felt worth investing in Sreeda Pride,

1 .Quality of construction very good.

2. Builder is very experienced and builder is involved micro level taking care of construction. “No-compramize ” attitude.

3. Location wise ideal and serine as this apartment is in Gated community(Owens court). Will have good security too and approach road also good.  Ventilation is good.

4. One more plus point is, this project has not even single inch deviation from the BBMP norms.

5. Today this locality is fetching 15 K/month rent in this locality.
