Gina is a pretty good developer. It is mostly into construction but has now started getting into it’s own projects. It has been a part of many prestigious constructions (you can check on it’s homepage), so build quality is definitely good.

Had checked Gina Living Waters – a small and cute project of 48 flats – behind Kalyan Nagar bus depot on ORR. It was great. Good layout and well maintained, good construction quality as well as superb location. Gina Shalom has more flats and at that point of time, it was still in discussion stage. Am not really sure about the area where it is coming up. But construction quality from Gina would be good. Layouts should be good too.

Gina Shalom is coming up right next to NH-24 , about 200 m from KR Puram lake.

I have booked a flat in Gina Shalom and I have had a good experience with the developer. The develooper portfolio is good and the company has been around a while. Check their current projects (Gina Living Waters,   Gina Ronville) for construction quality.

May I know how much per sq.ft and how is builder ? Are he giving all legal document like A Khatha ,OC etc.

I have booked a flat.  No delays so far. I got the legal documents verified by a competent lawyer and everything looked good.  Get a lawyer to verify these.  SBI has approved the project.

I have booked a flat . Checked all legals and they are OK. Regarding OC  and Khatha  builders promised they will handover OC , but no specific mention in the agreement. SBI approved and have checked with AGM. What is the rate/sq ft they are asking?
