I am looking for 2BHK near by Marathahalli (in 5-7km radius: ORR, Kundalahalli, Varthur Road) with budget of Rs 60L.

I have already visited few projects on Panthur road and Thumbalahalli. The projects here seem to be in my budget, but the location is not developed yet and dont think it wud in couple of years.

Can you suggest some good medium range projects near Marathahalli with good/safe locality for 2BHk flat with Rs 60L budget.
