regarding shreyas sunrise plots

Has anybody purchased plots in shreyas sunrise?

As the outer ring road that has been proposed is close to this project- it appears it is a goood investment option for long term investment

My concern is that this is only DTCP approved and no bank loans are available. I hae recieved some positive feedback about developer though. Phase 1 has been nearly soled out, but phase 2 is still available

I would appreciate if other people share thier thoughts
