Opinion on Saket Callipolis project

Hi all,
I was looking for a flat in the sarjapur outer ring road area. Recently heard about Saket Callipolis. Not much info is available on the builders or their projects on the web (apart from the info that they have put in their website or advertised). Any opinion on the builders or on the project is appreciated.

From a financial perspective the builder has become in much better shape recently as they finished some projects and now there is sufficient money in the bank. So you don’t run so much completion risk on booking.
On building quality I just don’t know yet. They are specialized in the more luxury stuff.
