I’m thinking of buying flat in Mana Candela.
Can someone please let me know the pros and cons of it. The builder reputation is good, bu i heard something negative about OC.

I am also planning to bye a flat in Mana Candela in Sarjapur road .But they told that they will not provide OC(Occupancy Certificate). What is the issue if we don’t have a OC? Please guide.
