today i called the builder and got confused after talking to the sales guy. He was quoting 4200/sq and also talking about the negotiation . i am not sure if they are reliable. is anyone booked  and done the site visit? please share..

What price u booked in @namit? can anyone tell how much they are negotiating?

after doing bit research and talking to my frds in hyderabad ,  i dont think builder is reliable. builder construction quality is low and builder has not completed any projects yet. he seems to be one of the builders who only complete the structure to get the all the construction linked  money but never finish the job. i am now thinking to book in orchid lakeview. let me know what you guys think of that.

Is there any proper road for this Project, as I know there is only one mud road besides Croma.

i think you guys havent gone a bit further down gitaar, New project by name SRIVEN@205.

Very good architecture they have used Genysis firm who are in top 10 india & they are their PMC consultants also. which i was told by their Marketing staff.

Also their UDS is quite good .im impressed & planning to book there.

I  am planning to book a flat in prnanva bsr project, in land owner quota.
can you please suggest is it a good project?

1. In terms of price-  The price is more than the market price, is it reliable to invest more than market price?
2. I am buying flat from land owners(BSR group). are they reliable?
3. are the terms between with land owner and builder fine?
4. I heard that the project is approved for 4 four floors only. is there any further delay for the remaining floors?
