Has anyone booked a flat Mahaveer Amaze at Sigehalli Village, Kadugodi area near Satya sai Ashram ?
I would like to know what documents should residents ask from builder if the land has a Panchayat approval ? The builder seems to have got a BDA sanctioned plan but I would like to know if such land can get bank approvals or not ?

I have booked a flat at mahaveer Amaze. Since the area falls outside the purview of BBMP, hence it is a BDA approved plan and also has the required bank approvals.
