I have booked flat in Pavani Ishta .My friend from Bangalore has referred me to their venture and my experience has been fabulous till now. The marketing team is very responsive to all the queries and modifications. I suggest others also to buy here because their prices are very reasonable compared to other builders in this area

guys, the problem in this area is that they wont have OC , as almost all of them have strong deviations. majority wont provide oc/cc. that is why price is reasonable
