Sonesta iWoods or Orchid Lakeview

Hi… I am looking for a flat in Belandur. Came across two apartments- Nirman Sonesta iWoods and Orchid Lakeview. will be visiting these in a day or day. any suggentions/thoughts/comments? thnx Vinod

Hi Vinod,

We are also looking between those 2 options. Let us know in case you visited Orchid lakeview, and its review. We visited Iwoods and we are OK with this except some doubts on builder 🙂

Did any of you visit iwoods? I am not for orchidview as it faces the most dirty side of the lake and stench is strong.. iWoods also the same?

hi, i booked a flat in sonestaa i woods,verified all legal documents with a reputed advocate he has given legal clearance i approached to LIC for loan.is anybody approached to LIC? anybody checked quality and specifications of his previous projects he is telling in iwoods they are giving standard fittings like jaguar,parryware for toilets, anchor modeler switches [ROMA] vitrified tiles flooring,asian emulsion paints and also they left 1.75 acres free space in the project for all amenities and play areas..i visited the model flat finishing and quality was good

Tarun,

I have calculated carpet area of  3 bhk 1530 sq ft and I get only 63%. Generally builders will provide 70% and above right?due to this kitchen, utility and bedrooms looks small. Would you please confirm your carper  area%and super builtup % area of ur apt?

You cant compare sonesta with goyalco. Goyalco is much bigger and better builder! Its like any other A category builder in bnglr. Check out their website about there projs since last 40yrs! Check out all parameters before investing ur hard earned money…

I calculated my flat built up area for 1109 sft is 865 sft so that it is 78% and 22% common area . you can meet builder he is giving all calculations .I visited today builders completed project meadows amenities are very good
