I visited SV Heights last week, the location is very good,the project is 100 % vasthu with good design and amenities. They made a good offer at 4000/-. I finally booked my apartment yesterday and was given a set of documents for legal verification. It all seems good with the BBMP approvals.
If anyone has any info on the same plz share.

I have visited this project SV height today. I am also happy with location, amenities, vaasthu and no common wall. I have also booked an apartment. This is next to Shobha habitat. I have also seen foundation work going on for the project. If anyone has any feedback on this, please share. Also carpet area is around 75% which looks to be good.

This group helped me to find about SV Heights. I saw the quality of construction & was quite happy with that.  I was negotiating with them since last many days. Finally, I have booked my flat in SV Heights today. I have a got the deal with 3900 p/sqt. Also, they rounded the final amount to thousands. I am happy with that deal.
