Hi

Wanted to check if anybody has booked apartment in Gopalan Atlantis ? I am keen 3BHK. they are quoting a price of 4600/sq feet, Any suggestions on price/quality of build/location etc?

Does the builder deliver on his promise of delivery time and facilities etc? Kindly let me know any of your experience with this builder . my email is atewani07atrategmail

Hi Ashok

recently i and my cousin brother went to visit the Gopalan Atlantis, the price per Sq ft for 2 & 3 bhk is 5000, since i already purchased flat in  Gopalan Grandeur, i have negotiated with them hope fully i will get some sort of discounts.

since they celebrating  30 years in residential sector , there is no doubt on quality and delivery time.
