Malind Tropika Gardens any one have any idea about the project. is the builder reliable any idea about approved banks for loan.

I booked 3-BHK in Block E. Basement is completed and construction is looking good till now, stilt is in progress for that block. Block E is almost sold out. They are launching this project block by block and next block D will be launched soon. Project is approved by HDFC, Syndicate, Allahabad Bank and LIC. Other banks approval is in process.
