Singh1181, even I like the project. It seems they have got SBI approval so legal should be fine but I am little doubt full because this is builders first project in bangalore. Hi Enquired recently for my son to purchase got response as apartment will not get OC certificate and building has lot of deviations from the approved plan construction quality is not up to the mark top floor has leakage etc dont book without proof of OC certificate even they offer at lower price dont regret later lot of new rules may come in future to demolish illegal constructions that doesnt have OC occupancy certificate i know bangalore has lot of apartments without OC certificate. but OC may not be important now in future after 25 years without OC you may not get buyers if you want to sell your apartment unit Take a future perspective decision
