S2 Avenues (Avani Phase2) plot

Hi all,

Pls share ur views on S2 Avenues (Avani Phase2) plot.

Today I booked a plot in it based on the developement  of phase 1 & location. There is only plan layout by builder & they have to get apploval from BMRDA. Its under pre-launch.

Any one who booked pls comment & share info.

Hi Ali360, Can you please let me know the price at which you booked. couple of months back they were quoting Rs 2200 /sqft. Were you able to negotiate that price?

Yes, Last yr they were quoting Rs 2200 /sqft . now it seems they have increased 100 bucks further from this yrs. Give me ur mail id, we can discuss.

Hi All,

Anybody have booked plot on Phase 2 and done the paper checks..? I am planning to buy one , but they haven’t yet got the BMRDA approval . Anybody have any reviews to share , pls.

Hi,

I too have booked a plot. I heard that they will be getting approval soon phase by phase.

But the development work is in-progress…
