Be ready for the Water problem. Prospective customers should insist on the supply of Kaveri Water else issue. The location is close to the Tech Parks. I have taken in Trifecta Esplanade. The concern is they promise that the work will be completed in stipulated amount of time but it doesnt happen. So if they say 2017 is completion, consider it as 2018.

They are good builders in Bangalore, their construction quality and progress is pretty good when compare with other builders. The best thing I like in their projects is Plane and Vasthu. Descent projects with world class amenities they are delivering. Value for Money.

If any one are planning to buy with Trifecta, you can believe them 100%.
